NIL Ace is committed to representing the top 1% of college athletes. In order to do that, we provide a comprehensive range of services for which you can sign up. However, we reserve the right not to serve you. Although it could most likely be because you violated a part of these Terms & Conditions, we are not liable to disclose the exact reason behind doing so.

In the event that we have to cancel your request, we will contact you via the email address you provided when you signed up for our services. Therefore, please make sure you submit the email address you are currently using.

We reserve the right to cancel your request if you sign up for our services using someone else’s personal information.
