- What can you tell me about NIL?
NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness. Legalized by the National College Athletic Association (NCAA). In 2019 a ruling was made which provided the ability for college athletes to receive compensation for marketing endorsements and other sponsorship deals when the athlete’s Name, Image and likeness are used. NILAce provides complete compliance with all current regulatory requirements. We are dedicated to the protection of our athletes throughout their affiliation with us
- How do you help athletes build brands?
We leverage our growing and expanding athlete network to identify and create brand-building endorsement opportunities. We set ourselves apart by tailoring and matching the unique attributes of our athletes as much as possible. It’s done individually, collectively, or in any manner necessary to satisfy specific brand-driven endorsement company requirements.
- Can you tell me how the Athlete Portal works?
You’ll need to complete the questionnaire and pay a one-time review/activation fee of $50 via PayPal. Then, our staff will review the questionnaire and get back to you with additional details, including the next steps of your NIL journey
- Do you provide other services?
NIL Ace is more than just your typical sports marketing agency. Besides helping athletes avail incredible opportunities, we offer other services, including financial advice and education, access to a sports psychologist, disability insurance options, and more.

Great! To get started all you have to do is complete the athlete player profile, follow the payment instructions and choose Submit. Upon receipt we will send you an e-mail with next steps and any additional information or guidance necessary. Let’s get your NIL journey started.”
